Heh, finally back. The finalized version of WordPress 1.2 has finally arrived. I was hesitant to upgrade until a final version was released because I didn’t want to run into any headaches. After backing up the database that runs this site and trying to figure out how to run the SQL code to restore it, I finally have things back like they are now.

I’ve decided I like my layout, and the pretty girl and Chinese New Year red will stay. I’ll probably add a little more enhancements along the way to get it looking a little more to my liking. Was dabbling with some other colour schemes but decided I wanted to represent myself with bright, auspicious red.

As with the content of this site, I decided that my photos should get its own personal space, apart from all my ramblings. Heh, pictures stand out more when you have less contrasting things around it. Was gonna go with my usual ‘Will get this done by such and such a date” phrase. I believe I should be more decisive with what I want. At the moment, just getting the quirks off the photo publishing software on my web server.
