Hipster Me

My lifestyle is currently like this:

Bo`he´mi`an`ism
n. 1. The characteristic conduct or methods of a Bohemian. – Full Definition

I’m living a hippie kind of lifestyle at the moment (hippie, Bohemian, their definitions overlap). I’m semi artistic, semi intellectual, semi carefree and the only drugs I do aren’t even classified as drugs. I just drink 2 or 3 mugs of coffee daily, and it’s so common in usage I don’t even think it qualifies as a drug. Anyway, this is just a side note for my own reference to recall my behaviour for the last couple of days. Vague I know, but half the things I’ve written in a prior period of my life was vague.

On a side note, this is rather late, but received some lanterns from a friend a few weeks ago and a mooncake from a friend just a couple of hours ago. The exchange rate is whack, the mooncake I got costs RM9.50. An equivalent mooncake here is AUD$8.00, which is like nearly RM22.00 in current exchange rates. While I’ve given up conversions, the price here is just too audacious to ignore. Mooncake Festival was on the 28th September, and there is zero, nada atmosphere with regards to it. Although it’s been so long since I’ve celebrated it back home.

I don’t recall which is the right saying so I’ll give you both. While miles apart, the moon looks no different even if you’re far away from home, and it offers you a glimmer of warmth, to recall what home is like. The other saying is that while miles apart, we miss each other but we could be starring at the same moon right at this moment, and feel each other’s presence and warmth. lol: Or I could be very mistaken and both could be wrong.
