Took my camera out for a spin today, still love taking those flower shots (even if they aren’t very original). Was not gonna let December be the month I don’t take any pictures. Now that would be horrid. Heh…

Been working hard, because my boss was short staffed the two weeks before this. Sleeping normal hours again, well, at least an additional hour or two more than before. It’s a habit already, waking up early even if I turn in late.

Saved up enough for a Nikon D70, the package 18-70mm lens and the 70-300mm G lens. Other accessories include a hood, a UV filter and some cool carry bag for it. Heh, announcing this so I don’t back off from buying it. My Coolpix isn’t going into retirement, but will act as a backup camera, especially for its movie feature and the ability to take pictures of people in secret.
