It’s now 5 weeks into work. I’m settling quite well into it, picking up new responsibilities daily. Well, I’m more interested in the weekends, and at the very least, Mondays start and end quickly. Before you know it, Wednesday is here. Friday’s seem to take forever to end. Heh, although once you get pass that, it’s quite a joy from Friday evenings until Sunday night before I turn in for bed.
Been spending more time on Guild Wars lately. ArenaNet has added a new explorable area called Sorrow’s Furnace and tweaked gameplay a bit. I find it a lot more enjoyable now, and it looks especially stunning on a 24″ Dell LCD (bought myself a present, heh). It is a very beautiful game and some scenes you can just turn off the user interface and stare into the lush scenery. The screenshot here does it little justice, but it was resized from a 1920 x 1200 res screen. Widescreen is so delumptious (Enid Blyton word, I think, delicious and scrumptious all in one).

Back to the logo header. Did that cause I didn’t want to compete with my housemates for bandwidth on our ADSL line. Lag and online multiplayer games do not go well together. The description title is due to Melbourne weather really wreaking havoc on what to dig out of your wardrobe. You wake up feeling the stifling heat in your room, head out your apartment and feel a chilly breeze. After a while it rains and damps your spirits as it gets even more cold. Heh, they mean it when they say Melbourne has four seasons in a day.
Heh, slow weekend so far. Enjoying it at least, now I have some time to unwind a bit. Going back to watching Full Metal Alchemist.
