Sleeping Patterns

Today I beat myself to the clock. 5.58am I woke up. Only problem I didn’t get up and out of bed as I normally would.

The body is strange like clockwork in that it only needs to sleep a specific number of hours before it realises it’s supposed to be up. I’m not much of a ‘sleep in’ kind of person. Heh, I keep reminding myself there are plenty of things I want to do (even the things that I’m supposed to do but haven’t got round to yet).

Been sleeping and getting up all the weirdest hours. Also being me, and with all that influence from work, I just had to format this information into some form of tabular data.

Day Sleep Wake (following day)
Saturday 11pm 6am
Sunday 3am 7am
Monday 7pm 3am(extended to 7am)
Tuesday 1am 6am
Wednesday 1130pm 630am
Thursday 1230am 558am(extended to 7am)

As you may have noticed, there is no distinctive pattern in when I sleep or how long I sleep. Sometimes I get up really early to fix up personal administrative issues. Sometimes I sleep real late for personal interests. *yawn* Heh, just slightly amused at it now.

  1. 7pm cause I spent the night before watching Chelsea trash Liverpool (unfortunately). Heh, but the hours are quite normal actually.
