They say that when you are looking for something, the last place to look for it should always be the first place you look.
My mobile phone died, sort of. It refused to detect the SIM card (it still functioned as a PDA, but I think the phone function is more important). Dug out my trusty old Nokia 6100 (which has half a cracked screen, which is the plastic cover, so it doesn’t really matter). Problem is I haven’t used it in such a long while the batteries had already flattened out. No problem, I just need to dig out the charger and charge it right?
So I run a tornado through my room, opening shoe boxes of old stuff. I have charger cables for a walkie talkie, bluetooth headset, portable media players etc, but no Nokia charger. It’s quite stressful when you know it must be there, and my room isn’t even that big.
Then I leave MSN messages and find that my housemate has one. I borrow it, happily twirling the cables up so that I can bring it to the library to charge my phone while I studied (which incidentally, I did, even if it wasn’t very efficiently) when I see the stupid charger sitting on top of a shelf. Rightttt…

Anyway, it’s more like the beginning of winter than the beginning of autumn now. It’s been rather cold and I’m usually clad in sandals and 3/4 pants. It’s socks and long pants these days, or else it’s too cold otherwise.
Heh, study time.
