This was dinner.

No recipe for it, just random fried udon, inspired by an idea from Vyanne. I miss having easy access to Chinatown, with rice wine and fishcake for frying such noodles. One thing about cooking on my own, at least I know how to portion things now, although this is partially due to the fact that I have my own fridge to look after so I know what’s mine and what’s been in there for how long.

Haven’t done anything productive lately. The cold weather isn’t really helping very much so I can’t really sit down in front of the computer to do serious work. Proper posture is required to think things through. Well, music helps as well, but they are all sitting on my external hard drive. I want to listen to Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue, there is just a rush of energy with that tune.

Heh, either I wake up to snow or it will just start falling when I least expect it. Hope to have some photos.
