Some shots from the local market at Taman Tun Dr Ismail. Practising some hip shots but in the end I just decided to point my camera and shoot. Heh, I guess the reason I have the GF1 is because it’s an unassuming camera and I shouldn’t be worried about using it.

Back home in Kl for a week to celebrate Chinese New Year with family. The weather’s been odd as it’s normally hot and dry before CNY, but it was raining for the past 24 hours only a while ago. The world weather has gone a little crazy this past couple of months and I don’t expect it to get any better. I’m just hoping it’s not too cold in winter come June, July.

Took some time off to spend with family. Heh, it was only a month ago I was still in Malaysia and now I’m back. Getting a little more familiar with the surroundings and if one were to come visit, I’d be able to show them around near the neighbourhood to get some food to eat.

Need to start running this month to train for the kids run in April, which I need to sign up for soon. Also signed up for this day shoot on fashion photography. It’s a course by a leading Melbourne photographer, and I’m keen to learn model posing, interaction and lighting.

Everything seems to be happening in short bursts now. Have a whole bunch of things I need to do when I get back to Melbourne. Heh, I’ve been busy doing stuff, but procrastinating on the more important things. Will work it out in the coming weeks.
