Nice evening shot taken at Port Melbourne. Sometimes all you need is a camera and being at the right place at the right time. It was evening and the sun had just set, but you still had some residual colours in the sky. The low light allowed one to have a longer exposure time to get the water blur effect. Just stuck the camera on the concrete floor and put a timer release to avoid any shake. Some tweaks in post editing and you have a pretty decent picture to show.
This was taken with my GF1 and 20mm pancake. The simple setup just means you frame the picture as best you can, without needing to worry about so many other settings, and snap, you have a picture.

Have my tax exam in the morning. Having moved since last year, I’ve got a closer location than what I had previously, and it just means I get out the door half an hour later. Have tabbed my notes and studied as much as I could when I had the mood, and the mood for studying doesn’t really occur until the very last days. Just want to get it done and over with.
Back to my revision. Lots of stuff I can do after lunch tomorrow.
